What is EventMagic?
EventMagic is an event management and in-person networking platform. Hosts use it for registration, ticketing, check-in, name badges and event communications. Attendees use event networking tools to discover people, scan badges, make connections and follow up.
Who is EventMagic for?
EventMagic supports community organizers, networking event hosts, attendees and sponsors. It brings event operations and attendee networking into one platform, including recurring event series.
How do attendees register and check in?
Open the event’s registration link and follow the steps shown. Depending on the event, you may need to complete your profile, answer questions and select or purchase a ticket. At the event, follow the host’s check-in instructions. Completing a profile alone does not confirm a ticket purchase.
How does networking work at an event?
The event network provides attendee discovery, AI-suggested matches, badge scans and connections. Available features depend on the event. Sign in to the account used for the event to view your network and follow up with people you met.
How do I find people from an event I already attended?
Sign in to EventMagic and open Home. Use the last checked-in event card to see who was there, or open Events and select the event. The event network lets you revisit your scans and connections.
What is EventMagic Print Station?
Print Station is a macOS app for staffed event check-in and name badge printing with compatible Brother printers. Volunteers can see the badge queue, find attendees and reprint badges. Event setup and badge configuration remain on the EventMagic website.
What does a sponsor contact need to accept an invitation?
A host needs the company name, contact name and contact email to invite a sponsor contact. The recipient signs in and accepts the invitation, then completes the organization’s details. Company name, logo, description and website are required before public display.
